Simple Art Collections is a private tool operated by Remics Software Technologies for a single collection owner. It is not offered to the public, and there is nothing to sign up for.
Access is limited to the one Google account the operator authorises. Trying to reach the collection with any other account is refused.
Photographs and descriptions imported into the collection remain the property of the collection owner and of the artists concerned. Publishing a page here does not transfer any rights in the works shown.
The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It may be changed or withdrawn at any time. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use — which is why the collection owner should keep their own copies of anything they would not want to lose.
